



Mama Moves is a program that I poured my heart & soul into throughout my own personal pregnancy journey. I made a commitment to myself to move my body as much as I could throughout the 9 months, especially on the days when I didn't feel like it. I knew I was training for birth - one of the most intense experiences us women will experience. The program is truly one of a kind & something you won't find anywhere else online.
